Sarah Kramer Event

Design by Joe Preston,

On November 16th, 2009 the Spokane Vegans  lovingly prepared a seasonal four course vegan meal for our ticketed dinner guests. Best-selling cookbook author and vegan extraordinaire, Sarah Kramer was our guest of honor and shared some thoughts on veganism and celebrated the 10 year anniversary How it All Vegan. This dinner was a benefit for One World Spokane, a unique organic community kitchen.

The evening’s menu:

Pumpkin Soup

(Chef Tony Brown original recipe)

Miniature Napoleons with Eggplant Creme

Polenta with White Beans, Braised Kale and Roasted Pears

Delicious, Wonderful Vegan Cupcakes

To drink:

Pear Cherry Bellini

(from Vegan Yum Yum)

Thanks again to all those to came out to dine with us! And special thanks to Sarah Kramer for being our guest of honor, we hope to see you again real soon!
