You probably already have your holiday menus planned, but these recipes are too good not to share. Keep these in mind if you find a hole in your planned menu or just need a little inspiration.  Just because we don’t eat meat doesn’t mean we’re going hungry next Thursday! Bon appetit!

*Need a gluten-free alternative to the traditional stuffing? How about rice with fruit and nuts?

*Brussels sprouts may not be my favorite vegetable, but Fat Free Vegan‘s recipe has me re-considering my no sprouts rule.

*Have a craving for green bean casserole? Look no further.

*NPR shared a vegetarian menu last year, but look at those ingredients – it’s vegan! The mushroom and spinach galette looks especially tasty.

*The recipe for those adorable tofu turkeys can be found here. And while you’re there, check out dessert.

*If squash is already playing a leading role in your feast, why not skip the usual pumpkin pie and go raw?

*I can’t think of a better way to end a meal than with a hot apple-ginger toddy.
