Sarah Kramer Benefit dinner: The Menu!

Well, Spokane. You little dickens. We never thought so many of you would want to eat our food, meet our new friend Sarah Kramer, yada yada…

But you do! We sold out today, and we’re just tickled to bits over it.

So we figured we should tell you what we, The Spokane Vegans, and our wonderful friend Tony Brown (from Mizuna) are cooking for you next Monday! Everything is vegan (duh), but is mostly gluten-free as well. Double yay.

Miniature Napoleons with Eggplant Creme

Polenta with White Beans, Braised Kale and Roasted Pears

Delicious, wonderful vegan cupcakes

Maybe we’ll throw in some surprises. Maybe we won’t. Either way it’ll be delicious and so much fun.

Oh, and even though the menu looks all shmar-shmar, don’t worry about putting on your tops and tails. This is more of a Cons and Minor Threat tshirt event. But if you want to get all dolled up, by all means do it. We won’t stop ya.
