So here they are, all sorts of recipes to curb that mac & cheese craving.

* One of our vegan friendlies over at SpoCOOL (formerly known as the Spokane Food Blog) recently shared this recipe with us.
*FatFree Vegan shares her healthy and kid-tested recipe. (This recipe also comes recommended by Veggiebliss, a contributor to this blog.)
*You may have heard that Daiya has finally found its way to the Inland Empire, well this fancy recipe uses the cheese that everyone is talking about these days.
*One of our favorite blogs, Vegan Yum Yum has a recipe with a healthy dose of veggies hidden in her cheeze sauce.
*Vegan Dad likes to use cashews, sunflower seeds and pine nuts as a base for his mac & cheese.
